Microdermabrasion Treatments

During the following days, we will present/display you, the proposals in health of each one of the candidates to the presidency of the Republic of Chile (the majority of the readers is Chilean, which already is habran found out our international readers), and we will try to be objectives as far as I raise. In order to achieve these 3 objectives, they raise some proposals.

• 1. – To fortify the Health Publishes

  • To impel a commitment with the universities for the formation of new specialist, way so to improve the management of the hospitals and to reduce drastically the waiting lists in the public sector.
  • 50 Sites of clinical excellence: To constitute 50 centers of clinical excellence of world-wide level, equipped with more the high tech, in pathologies that are not including in the HEIGHT. What we want is that these centers are transformed into poles of attraction of specialists who return of the practice deprived to the public sector.
  • To develop to the clinical card and the medical writing-desk the 60 hospitals electronicoen greater and complex public of the country: To develop to the clinical card and the electronic medical writing-desk in the 60 hospitals greater and complex public of the country, with the purpose of to facilitate the proceedings of the patients and particularly of the doctors.

• 2. – To harness the Primary Attention

  • A complementary network of ambulances of first level: It creates a complementary network of ambulances of first level to take care of the needs of the inhabitants of regions and poorer sectors of the Metropolitan Region. Although today an ample network of ambulances in the public service of health exists, there are sectors where the system is still insufficient to take care of the needs of the population.
  • To increase of substantive way the medecine availability in the doctor’s offices: This would be realised so that the families of more vulnerable sectors do not have to incur majors expenses for the care of their health.

• 3. – To finish with Injustices in the Health Publishes

  • To force by law the Isapres to offer standard plans that are comparable and that allow the people to choose by whom it agrees to them more, of way to finish with the abuses that subsist in the deprived attention of health.
  • To establish an information system of the value of the benefits in the deprived clinics, including medecines. It is fundamental to fortify the access to the information on the part of the citizenship.
  • To finish with the discriminations in the plans of Isapres. For it, we will solve problem of subscribing captives, that mainly affects to adults majors and to those who have preexistence when forcing them to support the own rises that the Isapres decide, without having the possibility of changing of insuring.
